Qué desayunó hoy?…o incluso podríamos preguntar, Tomó algo de desayuno hoy? Alrrededor del mundo, las personas están eligiendo algo rápido, que suele ser delicioso, pero repleto de azucar y grasas, y con  escaso valor nutricional.


Y antes de seguir, revisemos algunos conceptos básicos:

  • Saltarse el desayuno, NO es la manera de controlar peso.
  • El desayuno es la comida más importante del día, por que termina el ayuno desde la noche anterior.


El cuerpo necesita nutrientes para inciar el día cada mañana. Es análogo a agregar bencina a su automovil cuando el estanque está vacío, o antes de hacer un viaje largo. El viaje largo seríaan las actividades que usted hace en el día a día.


Entonces, qué podrían ser algunas elecciones saludables de desayuno?


Pruebe comenzar con algo de frutas frescas, o de proteína, la cual puede encontrar en los huevos o en la leche. Puede usted imaginar un omelette con 7 huevos?. Eso, son tan solo 130 calorías!. Y que tal unos deliciosos vegetales frescos?, de los cuales puede consumir varias veces al día según sus necesidades.
